Scope

This policy describes the current features of AnimeGalaxies.org, an independent game information site. It covers use of this website and correspondence sent to support@animegalaxies.org. Roblox, Discord and linked publishers operate separate services.

Website features and data

The site does not provide user accounts, comments or contact forms. We do not ask for Roblox or Discord credentials. Search and filters on guide tables run within your browser; their input is not sent to a search service.

Code-copy buttons use the browser clipboard permission or capability to write the code you select. They do not read clipboard contents. Filter state is temporary page state; these filters do not save their state in cookies or browser storage.

Advertising

We display Adsterra native banner advertisements in a labeled area below the main content on the homepage and game guides. Advertising is separate from our editorial recommendations. Ad creatives and their destination websites are provided by third parties.

Loading an advertisement connects your browser to Adsterra and its advertising partners. These services may process your IP address, browser and device information, page information, cookies and advertising interactions to deliver and measure ads. Their privacy practices apply to those services. You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser; blocking advertisements does not prevent you from reading our guides.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on the public animegalaxies.org website to understand visits and improve our guides. It can collect page URLs and titles, referring websites, interactions, and information about your browser and device. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and measure usage. Local development and Workers preview addresses do not load this analytics tag.

Google processes the analytics information through its services. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from reading our guides or using their search and filter tools.

Images, fonts and technical requests

Our editorial images and fonts are served as local site assets rather than embedded third-party font or image widgets. Advertisements can load additional third-party images and resources. Loading the site also creates technical requests to the service delivering it.

When the site is hosted, hosting and network services may process information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, time of request and error details to deliver and protect the service. This policy does not claim that no technical logs exist or that all logs are immediately deleted.

Email correspondence

If you choose to email us, the message may include your email address, display name, message content and attachments. Your email provider and ours process that correspondence. We use the information supplied to understand the request, respond where appropriate and investigate the reported issue.

Send only information relevant to your inquiry. Remove passwords, authentication tokens, recovery codes, payment details and unrelated personal information from messages or screenshots. Contact us if you have a question about correspondence you have sent.

External links

Following a Roblox, Discord or publisher link takes you to a separate service. That service may use its own accounts, cookies, analytics and privacy settings. Its operator controls how information is handled there. We do not receive your login credentials through these links.

For questions about this website or a request concerning your correspondence, email support@animegalaxies.org and identify the relevant message or issue. We may need enough information to locate the correspondence and understand the request; do not send account secrets as proof of identity.
